Through trauma-informed education, this work builds self-understanding, compassion, and the confidence to trust yourself again.
The long-term vision is to create a nonprofit healing center for childhood sexual abuse survivors... especially people of color and marginalized communities.
This course is one step toward that vision.

I’m a trauma-informed educator and the creator of There’s Nothing Wrong With You.
This work exists to help people understand that their patterns aren’t personal failures, but intelligent responses to what they’ve lived through.
I teach the science of trauma in a way that’s clear, compassionate, and grounded in real life. When people understand how trauma shapes the nervous system, the brain, and behavior, shame starts to loosen its grip... and self-compassion becomes possible.
This course was built for people who:
Have tried therapy, are in therapy, or never felt fully seen by traditional systems.
Want understanding instead of fixing.
Are ready to stop blaming themselves for survival patterns they didn’t choose.
I teach from lived experience, research, interviews with other survivors, and deep respect for the nervous system.
