About
This six-module video-based course offers complex trauma survivors a compassionate, practical framework for understanding trauma responses and building everyday tools for safety, regulation, and self-trust. It explores how childhood and relational trauma can shape the nervous system, beliefs, emotions, boundaries, and relationships. Through accessible psychoeducation and guided practices, participants learn to shift from asking “What’s wrong with me?” to “What happened to me?” The course supports personal reflection and skill-building and is not a replacement for trauma-informed mental health care.
